The Pagés Publicitaria Parking Lot Building was designed to meet the parking needs of the buildings that house the headquarters of Banesco Bank and Banesco Insurance within the urban area of the city of Santo Domingo.
The metallic structure of the Pagés Publicitaria Parking Building i is a pioneering work of its kind that responds to the three main objectives of its design:
At Ingenieria Metalica, we were the contractor for the structural design, civil construction, fabrication, and installation of the metal structure for the Pages Parking Lot Building, including the metallic structures for the solar panels.
The biggest challenge of this project was to get the most out of the space available for construction: 1,100 square meters.
And the result was a success:
A parking building with 294 parking spaces distributed over 8 levels.
