Anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion coating
The painting services for metal structures are always included in our manufacturing projects.
This part of the manufacturing process is critical because it prevents the material from deteriorating and changing its appearance over time, and reinforces the strength of the parts.
We also offer special treatments with:
- Intumescent paint that passively reinforces the fire retardant quality of the parts that are exposed to heat and/or fire.
- Specific paint for outdoor constructions and/or those that will be exposed to corrosive substances, for example: pedestrian overpasses, chemical plant structures, heliports, railways, water tanks and solar panel brackets.

The painting of metal structures consists of using a high performance anti-abrasive coating over the part to create a protective barrier.

Techniques for preparing the surface of metal structures
Before the painting process begins, we determine the best technique to prepare the surfaces, according to the current quality standards and the prevailing weather conditions.
We sandblast, shot blast, and waterblast the structural parts to ensure that the coating and paint adhere properly.
These finishing methods remove contaminants, rust and burrs, and also remove excess coatings from the metal structures.

QUALITY OF THE PAINTING PROCESS
Each coat of paint we apply has a specific role from reinforcing adhesion to preventing corrosion and insulating the steel from weathering agents (rain or humid air, exposure to salt water splashes, etc.).
Included with the painting service for metal structures
Surface treatment with pressure sand blasting (sandblasting), we also have a special booth for turbine shot blasting, or we use a high pressure water jet technique (waterblasting).
Paint quality certificate.
Intumescent paint certificate.
Brand new materials and free of defects and imperfections.
Post-erection touch-ups if necessary.
